I checked in online to get a haircut in Wylie. Per the check in said stylist would be ready at a certain time. Received a text said stylist would be ready in 15 mins. Got to the parking lot with in 1 minute of the 15 mins of the Sports cut and had received another text said stylist was ready so I proceeded in to the store. When arriving in the store was told stylist was not ready and needed to wait outside. The wait area had 2 other people in the store and have been told and per the website no one was allowed to wait in the store during this Covid-19. I went back in and ask how long was told 10 mins. I waited 12 mins went back in the store and stylist was still not ready and board said 11 mins by my name on the waiting list! Why tell clients by text the stylist is ready only to jump someone else in front! I left and will probably not be back. Need to learn how to run a business. When you tell clients your are ready be ready do not waste someone's time i promise you will make more money that way and not lose clients.

Usually a decent spot but twice I had a bad experience, the first some lady kept pulling my shoulders back claiming it made me shorter to cut my hair and today a lady rushed my haircut left it patchy, I’ve had many haircuts here with no problems, I proclaimed it was patchy and uneven and of course they go against the customer

I’m writing this review about Kesha. She is great! Very thorough, very attentive, very knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job on my haircut today.
