I have been a customer of this chain for at least 10 years. I travel a significant amount of time, so the thought was "find a place with consistent service" so I could expect that no matter what city I happened to find myself. Unfortunately, after coming back to Texas and visiting my local store, I find that the experience is not so consistent. I gave a two star rating on the overall service of this one location, as the stylists have been pretty hit and miss. There is certainly a "get 'em in and get 'em out" mentality here. However, I have finally found "the one" stylist that I will return to - even if she leaves SC. Thuy Nguyen is by far the best stylist in any location they have ever had. She takes the time to give me the right look and makes sure it is perfect before I'm allowed to leave the chair. This is the type of service SC used to be known for. She gets 10 stars!

Ever since Sportsclips started the Online Check-In the wait time has been horrible. When I check in Online and show up when my appointment is, everytime I have new people in front of me and I have to wait another 45 minutes. This has happened the past 2 times I visited. So this most recent time, I show up in person and wait an hour while people who checked in Online were not at store when their Appt came up. They were never removed from the list, the stylist just went to the next person. And when they finally showed up, they were next in line. I wouldn't be so upset if your website matched the stores reality or maybe it's asking too much for the website to match the stores computer but they are totally different. And it wont get better until it does. But Rosa gives a great haircut, so I will continue to come back. Please fix your website.
